30th of Foot Cambridgeshire Regiment at the Storming
of Badajoz during the Peninsula War. Badajoz was a victory for Wellington
and the Cambridgeshire regiment took part in the storming, 6th April 1812.

The siege began on the 17th March and was finally captured on 6th April.
The British lost more than 4,800 men.
