 Martin Johnson *Signature Value : £30 | Martin Osborn Johnson. Born in Solihull, West Midlands on the 9th March 1970. Martin Johnson at club level played for the Leicester Tigers earning 307 caps between 1989 and 2005. He led the Leicester Tigers to back-to back Heineken Cup victories and won the league six times. Martin Johnson also won 84 caps for England between 1993 and 2003 scoring two tries. Johnsons Highlight was the winning of the World Cup in 2003 under his captaincy. Martin Johnson retired form international rugby in 2004. Johnson also played for the British and Irish Lions in 1993, 1997 and 2001 earning 8 caps and was the only palyer ever to captain the Lions on two different tours. He was appointed England team m,anager in April 2008. |
